On June 18th to 19th in 2016, Fei Yi Forum of civil law was held in Nanjing University, jointly organized by China law society civil Law Research Association,the law school of Nanjing University, and Jiangsu Province Higher People's Court.Professor Shi Jianhui, associate professor Huang Zhe, and associate professor Shan Pingji were invited to the meeting.
Professor Shi Jianhui submitted the report “guarantee contract judgment review involved criminal-- Interpretation of the chaos and rules , and in the second unit of the hermeneutics of civil law and law of obligation he made the theme speech;Associate Professor Huang zhe submitted a paper owners’ cooperated obligation on engineering construction contract -- Using German civil law as reference, and in the third unit of the hermeneutics of civil law and law of obligation she served as a discussant; Associate professor Shan Pingji submitted the thesis “The legislation and the boundary of the right to claim the right of malicious possession in the compilation of civil code -- a review of the 243rd article of property law.”and in the first unit of the hermeneutics of civil law and law of obligation he served as a discussant.
Reports and reviews from our school teachers achieved good response,which is conducive to the expansion of the influence of the Department of civil and commercial law in our faculty.
