From August 24^th to 25^th, the 15th Sino-Korean Criminal Law Symposium was held in Taiyuan, Shanxi. The topic of this meeting is  Punishment and Prevention of China and South Korea information network crime.

    Professor Ouyang Benqi made a keynote speech on the Accomplice of Information Network Crime. Professor Ouyang combined with specific cases and explained his point on the network content service providers, and identification issues of offenders and accomplice of network technology service providers. In the discussion session, professor Ouyang answered the questions from professor Cui Bingjue in Dong-A University and professor Liang Genlin in Peking University on the sources of obligations of the previous acts of providers of network information dissemination, and the criteria for ensuring the status of guarantors.
