On November 11th, the seminar of Civil Law Research Association, New problems in Contract Law, was held Nanjing. The symposium invited many experts and scholars. Associate professor Shan Pingji was invited to attend this seminar.

This seminar have three parts. In first part, Associate professor Shan Pingji made a keynote speech-the legal regulation of taxi software form the perspective of compulsory contracting, and he put his finger on the new problems of Civil Code. After his speech, other participants showed their approval to him. In the second part, he expressed his views on the question of Special Contracts and got a good reaction.
