The 7th International Forum of Criminal Law cum The International Trend, Challenge to Legislation and Law Enforcement of Terrorism Symposium was held in Zhuhai, Guangdong. Organized by Beijing Normal University Institute of Criminal Law, Beijing Normal University (Zhuhai) and Executive Board of Counter-Terrorism Committee of the UN Security Council, the conference invited over 60 experts and scholars from Executive Board of Counter-Terrorism Committee of the UN Security Council, International Society of Criminology, Russian Democratic Research Foundation, Griffith University in Australia, Debrecen University in Hungary, Hong Kong University, Macau University, MUST, Beijing Normal University, Wuhan University, Southeast University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Northwest University of Political Science and Law, Zhengzhou University, Central University of Finance and Economics and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Professor Ouyang Benqi was invited to attend this forum and made a keynote speech .
