Professor Zheng Yizhe delivered series speeches on criminal law

    From April 15th to 20th in 2018, Professor Zheng Yizhe, the famous criminal jurist, Ph.D. of University of Munich, Professor of Law School of Taipei University, Professor of Criminal Law of  Judicial Academy, and Professor of Law school of Ming Chuan University came to our law school to deliver series speeches on criminal law.

  

    Professor Zheng Yizhe talked about attempted crime, actio libera in cause, negligent crime, incapable crime, aggregated consequential offense, instigator and medical criminal law. He presented clear arguments and provided strong demonstrations. Professor Zheng Yizhe answered students questions patiently after each speech.


    These speeches broadened students horizon and inspired students interests on in-depth research on criminal law. The teachers and students had a more detailed understanding of the relevant provisions of the criminal law of the Taiwan and the similarities and differences between the criminal law of the Mainland and the criminal law of Taiwan.
