In July 2018, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security announced Notice on Carrying out the Selection of Special Allowances for Governments in 2018. 427 people were recommended as candidates through individual declarations, expert evaluations, and public announcements. Professor Liu Yanhong of our law school was selected by the Ministry of Education in 2018 as one of candidates for special government allowances.
