This year, under the kind care of Mr. Liu Qichuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the College, and under the specific guidance of the Youth League Committee of the College, the work of the Youth Language and Spoken Out Law Propaganda Group has achieved further successes and has been repeatedly reported by the central-level media such as Democracy and Law Times and China Youth Daily, highlighting the new effect of practice education of the College. On June 1, the newly revised Law on the Protection of Minors (hereinafter referred to as the Law on the Protection of Minors) just came into effect. Hu Xinyue and her classmates brought the latest content of the Law on Bullying in Schools to three kindergartens in Nanjing's Jiangning District. At the kindergartens, they gave lectures on the prevention of school bullying to the teachers, hoping to promote the stable development of kindergarten education and teaching, and use the law to protect the children's growth.
Hu Xingyue is a college student volunteer of Southeast University Law School's QingYiQinYanLuLuTuanLuTuan. Since the establishment of the preaching group in 2017, this student-led, college self-help volunteer team has been focusing on the issue of legal education and physical and mental health of minors, and promoting the popularization of law and law-abiding for all people by carrying out various special legal literacy activities.
For students, hands-on practice is often better than classroom learning to identify practical problems. In the process of popularizing the law, the volunteer team found that many current methods of popularizing the law do not fit with the actual needs, and this problem is more obvious in the popularization of law education for minors.

In the summer of 2018, the team cooperated with the Nanjing Jiangning District Beautiful Country Law Popularization Service Center and began to go into various communities in Jiangning District, Nanjing, to conduct practical research on law popularization. In the process, they listened to the practical difficulties of the local people and then carried out in-depth legal propaganda.
In 2019, the team visited Hebei Province and Shandong Province as part of the 100 Schools Rule of Law Propaganda campaign. They applied their theoretical knowledge to the actual situation in the region, and made suggestions for the protection of minors' rights and interests and local grassroots legal services.
During the 2020 epidemic, when offline activities could not be conducted, the team volunteers contacted the central elementary school in Xiamagang Town and Sunjiawan Primary School in Hubei Province to conduct live online legal education.
Qin Jiayin, a student at Southeast University School of Law, said that during the summer social practice, they asked 5-8 follow-the-sun questions after each session of the legal literacy course, and found that the audience could only answer the points explained, but still did not understand the underlying legal theory. In 2021, based on several years of practice, the team began to think about transforming practical experience into theoretical support. In the area of legal education for minors, they improve the product portfolio of legal literacy culture and pursue diversity. By comparing the stages of rule of law education for minors, especially for the special characteristics of minor groups such as left-behind children and troubled teenagers, they strengthen the stratified classification and enhance the sense of interactive experience and participation of minors.
They focus on special groups of minors and provide targeted and heart-warming legal education for minors in special schools. For left-behind children who lack parental companionship, troubled teenagers who lack legal awareness and family education and are sensitive and lonely inside, they add psychological guidance, future development planning and other targeted contents on the basis of the popularization of the law.
