On the afternoon of August 26, 2021, the Supreme People's court held a symposium on the training of socialist legal talents in the new era to see off the fifth batch of legal scholars and temporary scholars who successfully completed the temporary training and the tenth batch of legal interns who completed the four-month internship. As the tenth batch of legal interns of the Supreme People's court, Liu Xiaoning and Zhang Xu, 2019 master's students of our college, attended the meeting and obtained the honorary certificate of excellent Legal Intern issued by the Supreme People's court. Zhang Xu spoke at the meeting as the representative of the tenth batch of legal interns.

The meeting was presided over by Ma Shizhong, director of the Political Department of the Supreme People's court. At the meeting, the notice on the selection of the tenth batch of excellent legal interns was read out, and President Zhou Qiang issued certificates to the representatives of the tenth batch of excellent legal interns. Since the Supreme People's court established the Legal Intern System in 2015, so far, our court has Dong Yuquan (the first batch), Mao Yixiao (the fourth batch), Guo Xuewen (the fifth batch), Ma Wenbo and song Zigeng (the Sixth Batch), Ding Peng (the Seventh Batch), Li Jiying (the eighth batch), Lin Zecheng (the ninth batch), Liu Xiaoning and Zhang Xu (the tenth batch) A total of 10 students have been selected as legal interns, which reflects the full affirmation of the Supreme People's Court on the teaching quality of our college, and is of breakthrough significance in promoting the two-way communication mechanism between political and legal departments, law colleges and law research institutions, innovating the training mode of high-quality legal talents, and actively spreading the cutting-edge concept of the rule of law.
