In order to comprehensively promote the creation of grass-roots service-oriented party organizations and build a new pattern of grass-roots party building work with party building leading, resource sharing, complementary advantages and coordinated development, Associate Professor Liu Qichuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Dean of Southeast University College of Law, Yi Bo, Secretary of the Branch of International Law and Legal History Party Department, and Party members of the Branch, Professor Yang Chunfu, Professor Hu Prof. Yang Chunfu, Prof. Hu Chaoyang, Associate Prof. Lu Lu, Associate Prof. Zhang Yue, Ms. Yu Tao, Postdoctoral Fellow Dong Luyu, and Ms. Miao Zeyi, Director of the Department of Legal History, Ms. Liu Hong and Ms. Zheng Yinghui went to Nanjing Gaochun District People's Court on June 15, 2022 to carry out the twinning party building activities with the Civil Division of the Court.

After arriving at Gaochun District, the teachers of Southeast University Law School first went to the former site of the headquarters of the First Branch of the New Fourth Army to study the Party history, and then visited the litigation service center of Gaochun District People's Court, the docking center and the juvenile family trial center. The two sides held a special discussion on the new development concept and a party building twinning signing ceremony. Fu Lixin, deputy secretary of the party group and vice president of the Gaochun District People's Court, expressed a warm welcome to the arrival of our teachers and introduced the current development status of the Gaochun District People's Court. Yi Bo, secretary of the Party Branch of International Law and Legal History, expressed his gratitude to the People's Court of Gaochun District for the reception and introduced the basic situation of the Party Branch. Yi Bo said that the joint party building activities would strongly promote the Party building work of the grassroots branch of the Law School.

The two sides started further discussion on scientific research cooperation and talent training. Professor Yang Chunfu of Southeast University Law School pointed out that the double tutor system should be used as a grip to fully integrate resources, rely on the party building platform, coordinate the two aspects of theoretical learning and practical application of legal resources, and coordinate the two resources of rich cases and professional legal experience at the grassroots level, so as to provide good guidance for law teaching and trial practice. The guidance will be provided to the teaching of law and trial practice. Liu Qichuan, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and vice president of Southeast University Law School, said that the Party Branch of International Law and Legal History of Southeast University Law School and the Party Branch of Civil Court of Gaochun District People's Court should expand the content of cooperation, strengthen information sharing cooperation, share resources such as books, research materials and cases, establish and improve the cooperation mechanism of personnel training, promote the deep linkage of industry-university-research in terms of talents and teaching, jointly build teaching practice bases, carry out scientific research cooperation, and fully utilize the advantages of the system. To carry out scientific research cooperation, to fully transform the advantages of the system into practical effectiveness, and to build a win-win long-term mechanism between the two sides. At the end of the meeting, both sides signed the Party Building Twinning Agreement.

After the meeting, the civil court branch of Gaochun District People's Court and our teachers visited the anti-war memorial hall of Ligao County and the Party building memorial sculpture together, and carried out micro-party lessons, and our party members recited the party oath in front of the Party building monument.

This party building twinning activity built the cooperation platform between Southeast University Law School and Gaochun District People's Court, laying a good foundation for establishing a perfect talent exchange and interaction mechanism, creating a platform for training rule of law talents, and promoting the in-depth integration of both sides in legal education, theoretical research and judicial practice.
