In order to promote the construction of Wenrui one-stop community, help candidates to actively deal with the examination review, solve the difficulties and confusions in the preparation stage of the review, relieve the pressure of preparation, and improve the success rate of the retest, in the afternoon of March 13, under the guidance of Ms. Fei Qianqian, the undergraduate counselor of the College of Law, the College of Law of Southeast University organized a retest (redistribution) sharing salon for the examination review in the East Building of Taoyuan. This salon invited seven excellent graduate students to share their experience of examination review, they combined their own experience to help students sort out the basic process of examination review, grasp the latest examination dynamics, and teach them the experience and skills in the review, hoping that students can deal with the retest with a positive mental outlook, and become a master!

At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Fei Qianqian emphasized the importance of the examination and the decision-making in the examination. She pointed out that graduate school is one of the efficient ways to improve the level of education, active way of thinking, broaden scientific horizons, and show professional skills. At the same time, she suggested that students choose the application school reasonably, do not be blind and rash, do a good job of exam review planning, and face the exam with a positive attitude. Be persistent, ride the wind and waves, and open up your own world.

Zhang Xiaoxiao shared her experience in three sections: review preparation, written test and interview. In the stage of review preparation, she emphasized that she could clarify the examination methods of the target schools by looking up the professional catalogs of the target institutions or consulting her seniors. She also said that in the preparation for the written examination, it is necessary to grasp the key points, master the basic knowledge of each subject, especially the core concepts and basic principles, focus on learning what is clearly required in the syllabus, and do more questions and simulations to familiarize yourself with the examination question types and proposition styles, so as to enhance the problem-solving skills and test-taking ability. Finally, she also shared some tips in the interview, such as dressing neatly, acting confidently and speaking appropriately, so as to remain calm and relaxed in the face of danger.

Zhang Anhui reminded students to pay attention to details, face up to difficulties, and adjust their preparation strategies and personal mindset in time during the preparation process. In the preparation for the preliminary examination and retest time, mastering certain skills can significantly improve the preparation efficiency, twice the result with half the effort. In the retest, to improve the ability to adapt to the scene, learn to counter routine, divergent thinking, organize appropriate language to answer questions. In short, hard work, mentality and skills are indispensable. Finally, she told everyone that everything is in time, please always believe in yourself, adjust your mindset, the courage to move forward, and walk toward the road of dreams.

Li Fengyuan focused on the importance of scientific arrangement of preparation time, and emphasized a number of important time points, such as the results of the preliminary examination, the national line, the list of retest, the specific time of the retest. She also gave students four small suggestions for the exam: make a good plan, review on time; memorize the framework, grasp the big and put the small; more communication, positive adjustment; down-to-earth, stick to the end. Finally, she also reminded students to learn to combine work and rest, carefully identify the network news, be prepared, calmly respond to the long road to graduate school, the last few steps must walk steadily, walk well, no regrets.

Zhang Zeyu introduced the retest process and rules of the Japanese Language Examination, and suggested to go to the official graduate admissions website to check the relevant retest requirements, and understand the percentage of the preliminary test and retest, the proportion of content, and the time and place of the retest. Then, he focused on the analysis of the preparation planning, reminding that we should make a reasonable review plan, review in stages and subjects with a focus, to ensure that each stage of the review task is completed. Finally, he suggested that students should find classmates to simulate interviews before the retest to improve language organization, eye contact and other skills, and strive for better results in the interview. 

Shi Chengyun shared his experience of the retest. In the preparation of resume, he suggested to modify the self-introduction to highlight the advantages, and at the same time to master the content of the resume; in the questioning of materials, to find the points that can be dug deep in the resume, to preset questions and prepare answers, and to exercise the ability to respond to changes on the spot; in the questioning of professional questions, to pay attention to the industry hotspots in advance, and to highlight the viewpoints of the discursive exposition. For those students whose results in the preliminary examination were not so satisfactory, he also encouraged them not to be discouraged, try to put their minds at ease, never give up until the last minute, and actively prepare for the retest.

Peng Jialu emphasized the importance of comprehensive ability, which should fully demonstrate professional knowledge and practical experience as well as focus on expression ability and thinking logic in the interview. She suggested that you should pay attention to the content, time, place and material preparation of the retest, prepare the objective conditions for the retest in advance, and conduct the retest with the fullest spirit, and provided tips and strategies to deal with some common interview questions in the retest for the graduate school.

Sun Junhan shared the skills related to the retest, encouraged everyone to adjust their mindset and fight with all their might, and reminded everyone to grasp the window period for transfer, actively learn about the majors of other institutions and related information, and apply for redistribution. 

In the interactive questioning session, based on the experience sharing of senior students, students actively asked questions, covering various aspects such as how to effectively prepare for the interview, where to search for information about the target university, and how to cope with the tense interview situation. Senior sisters and elders all poured their hearts into each other, patiently answering questions and offering their sincerest wishes to everyone.

Ms. Fei also had careful communication with his classmates, comprehensively analyzed and focused on solving problems, pointed out ideological difficulties, and helped everyone establish a positive and lifelong growth mindset, effectively achieving stress relief.

In this experience sharing meeting organized by Wenrui One-Stop Community, the sharing content of seven outstanding senior students was close to reality, concrete and subtle, which aroused strong resonance among the students present. Through this exchange and sharing session, the students not only gained practical knowledge about the postgraduate entrance examination and mastered relevant exam techniques, but also strengthened their confidence in the interview, clarified their preparation ideas, and stimulated their aspirations for the future and thirst for knowledge.
