Experience:Professor Yin Ji studied at East China University of Political Science and Law from 1983 to 1986, pursued graduate studies at Nanjing University from 1996 to 1998, and attended Lund Law School in Sweden from May to June 2003. In 1988, he was awarded the inaugural title of "National Excellent Prosecutor" by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, fully demonstrating his profound expertise in the legal field. In 1999, he was honored with a "Third-Class Merit" (for investigating duty-related crimes) by the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government. In 2004, he was recognized as one of the first "National Procuratorial Theory Research Talents" by the Supreme People's Procuratorate. In 2008, he was appointed as a "Lecturer for the Procuratorial Business Lecturers Group" by the Supreme People's Procuratorate. In 2009, he was named a "National Procuratorial Business Expert" by the Supreme People's Procuratorate. In 2014, he was appointed as a "Legal Expert for the Rule of Law in Taizhou" by the Taizhou City Government.Additionally, he has long been deeply engaged in criminal law research, with studies covering crimes such as theft and misappropriation of public funds, achieving outstanding accomplishments.
