Experience:Professor Zhang Mingkai graduated from the Department of Law at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 1982. In 1985, after completing his postgraduate studies, he stayed on to teach at the university. In 1998, he was transferred to Tsinghua University to take up a teaching position.He is an outstanding criminal law expert in China, having made remarkable achievements in the field of criminal law. Over the past five years, he has published 35 significant papers and has authored 16 monographs throughout his career. The research projects he has led have also received recognition from Hubei Province and the Ministry of Education.
