Experience:Professor Xiao Jinming graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law from Shandong University in 1987. He obtained a master's degree in Political Science from Jilin University in 1990 and a doctoral degree in Political Science from Jilin University in 2003. In 2005, he completed his post-doctoral research at the Government Management Post-Doctoral Station of Peking University.
Since 1990, he has been engaged in teaching and research in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, Political Science, and Administrative Management at Shandong University. In 1994, he was exceptionally promoted to Associate Professor. He became a Master's Supervisor in 1995, was promoted to Professor in 1999, and has served as a Doctoral Supervisor since 2005.
For over two decades, his academic research has adhered to a problem-oriented and interdisciplinary approach. His main research interests include constitutionalism and political reform, public management and public decision-making, rule-of-law localities and local governance, the theory and practice of rule-of-law government, political-legal reform and the judicial system, and rule-of-law society and innovation in social governance. His research achievements in the fields of political civilization, rule-of-law government, judicial reform, and social governance have had a significant academic impact.
