Experience:Professor Zhao Xigu holds a Master of Laws in Civil and Commercial Law from Shandong University and a PhD in Law from the University of Otago, New Zealand. He has been sponsored by the China Scholarship Council to serve as a visiting scholar at the University of Oxford Faculty of Law in the UK, Roskilde University in Denmark, the University of Copenhagen Faculty of Law in Denmark, and the University of Otago Faculty of Law in New Zealand. He was selected for the national "Double-Thousand Plan" for the exchange of personnel between higher education institutions and legal practice departments, serving as the Deputy Presiding Judge and Adjudicator of the Third Civil Division of the Jinan Intermediate People's Court. His research focuses on Civil and Commercial Law, Medical Law, Anglo-American Law, EU Law, and Legal Education, and he has made significant achievements in these fields.
