With the goal of nurturing outstanding leaders in the rule of law, the Law School places great emphasis on the comprehensive development of students. Our students have represented the university in numerous national, provincial, and municipal competitions and achieved remarkable results.

In 2024, students from our school won the Grand Prize in the special “Challenge Cup” National College Students’ Extracurricular Academic and Technological Works Competition (19th edition, 2024 “Jiebang Guashuai” Special Track).

In 2019, our undergraduate team was awarded the Grand Prize in the 16th “Challenge Cup” National College Students’ Extracurricular Academic and Technological Works Competition (the only Grand Prize nationwide in the law category), as well as the Grand Prize in the Jiangsu Provincial “Challenge Cup” Competition.

In 2017, our students won the Second Prize in the 15th “Challenge Cup” National Competition and the Grand Prize at the Jiangsu Provincial level.

In 2018, the “TEEMO” team from Southeast University, composed of our students, won the championship in the Shanghai regional competition of the Global Legal Hackathon, initiated by leading platforms such as IBM Watson, Microsoft, and the legal blockchain platform Integra.

Since 2015, seven of our students have been selected as legal interns at the Supreme People’s Court. In 2020, the School signed a cooperation agreement with the Jiangsu Provincial High People’s Court on a special talent selection program for outstanding graduates, jointly cultivating a large number of high-quality legal professionals with both moral integrity and legal expertise, contributing to China’s higher education development and the advancement of the rule of law.
