Through initiatives such as the Dean’s Lunch, Professors’ Lunch, and monthly advisor–student meetings, the School has established a regularized mechanism for academic interaction between faculty and students. The School also organizes thematic seminars, doctoral forums, and youth academic salons on a regular basis, encouraging graduate students to engage in faculty research projects, participate in academic conferences, and apply for research grants, thereby strengthening their academic literacy and research capabilities.
