Working Experience:

Ye Shuli is a Professor at the Law School of Southeast University, the founder of the interdisciplinary field of Engineering Law at Southeast University, and the Director of the University's PPP Legal Research Center. He has long been engaged in research at the intersection of engineering and law, with over two decades of dedicated work in engineering-related legal fields, establishing himself as one of the early legal scholars in China to pursue research in this area. Since 2014, as a member of the expert demonstration panel for PPP pilot projects of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance, he has participated in the demonstration work for numerous PPP pilot projects in Jiangsu Province.

Ye Shuli is also a founding partner of Jiangsu Zhibang Law Firm, where he has long been involved in providing legal services in the field of major infrastructure construction. In 2016, he led Jiangsu Zhibang Law Firm to successfully qualify for the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Finance's PPP Model Professional Consulting Service Institution Pool, making Zhibang the only law firm admitted to this provincial-level pool.
