2013 annual meeting of Society of Jiangsu Criminal Law was held in Changzhou City on December 14th . Professor Liu Yanhong and Associate Professor Ouyang Benqi were invited to attend it.
The meeting was hosted by the Society of Jiangsu Criminal Law. There were more than 100 scholars and lawyers attending the meeting. This meeting had been divided into four sections ,they are about “Legal Policy and Legal Justice”, “The Duty Crime on Demolition”, “Cyber Crime”, “Environmental Crime”. Professor Liu Yanhong hosted the discussion of the first section and Associate Professor Ouyang Benqi made a  commentary conclusion of this section for 4 speakers.
