The 95^th annual meeting of Transportation Research Board (TRB) was held in Washington from January 10^th to 14^th in 2016. The TRB, which was found on 1920, is the top research center of transportation as well as a part of American Academy of Science (AAS). It enjoys a high reputation in the field of transportation technology and development policy-making. The annual meeting in this year, with more than five thousand keynote speeches, drew the attraction of over fourteen thousand policy-maker, manager, researcher, government representatives. Dr. Yang Jie from law school was invited and attended the conference, and had an extensive communication with other conventioneers.
