On the morning of April 22, 2016, City Education Department, Laboratory jointly organized the first project learning of 2016. They invited Professor Liu Yanhong, the professor of Changjiang Scholars Program, the Ten Outstanding Youth jurists, the dean of Southeast University Law School, the doctoral tutor, taught the lecture about the terrorism crime and anti-terrorism law. The professional committee member Gu Jing presided over the meeting where all the police officers and committee members participated in.

        From the current Chinese Anti-terrorism situation, Professor Liu said three points——terrorist crime，present situation and application of anti-terrorism legislation and how to play procuratorial organs function in anti-terrorism law implementation. In detail and wonderful teaching, she put emphasis on the procuratorial organs in handling cases of terrorist crime and focused on protection of human rights and safeguarding national security. What professor Liu said is closely related to the reality, which has a strong guiding significance for the prosecution of all kinds of cases such as terrorist crimes.
