On September 25, Professor Yin Ji was invited to attend the seminar on the modernization of the rule of law in coastal ecological inspection and protection at the 2023 Global Coastal Forum International Academic Conference in Yancheng, Jiangsu province, and was invited to make a keynote speech.

The seminar was attended by Gong Ming, deputy procurator-general of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, Shi Shi, Tao Guozhong, deputy procurator-general of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Procuratorate, the leaders and heads of operational departments of provincial procuratorates along the coast of our country. Paulson Foundation, Director of the Clarence European Environmental Society, the International Society for Bird Life, the Marine Geology Institute of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Hohai University Coastal Resources and Environment Institute, the meeting was attended by more than 100 experts from the Institute of Earth Survey and Marine Geological Survey of the East China Geological Survey.

Professor Yin Ji puts forward several suggestions on the procuratorial orientation and system design of the National Public Welfare Protection System. In his concluding remarks, Deputy Director of the eighth Supreme People's Procuratorate (Public Interest Litigation Procuratorate) , Qiu Jinghui, fully affirmed Professor Yin's views.
