On November 25, 2023, Professor Liu Qichuan of our institute was invited to give a special lecture on the 38th executive meeting of Qixia District People's Government with the title of New <Administrative Reconsideration Law> Characteristic Highlights and Understanding and Application. The lecture was hosted by Comrade Wang Chengjiang, Party Secretary of Qixia District Government and Acting Mayor of Qixia District.

Professor Liu Qichuan from the administrative reconsideration law revised background and significance, administrative reconsideration law revised features and system innovations such as the new administrative reconsideration law made a detailed interpretation and comprehensive analysis. Mr. Wang Chengjiang highly evaluated Professor Liu Qichuan's lectures, and thought that the lectures were in-depth, vivid and rigorous, with both theoretical height and practical depth, with strong guidance and relevance, which strengthened the understanding and awareness of the newly revised Administrative Review Law, and provided a good opportunity to accurately grasp the overall requirements, basic principles and key tasks of the newly revised Administrative Review Law, and to continue to enhance the capacity and level of the government of rule of law, and to accelerate the construction of a higher level of the government of rule of law.
