The sea of learning is flooded to solve the confusion, and the unity of knowledge and practice of new knowledge. In order to further enhance the academic quality of students, strengthen the construction of the academic style of the School of Law, and effectively improve the quality of talent cultivation, on the evening of November 22, 2023, under the guidance of Ms. Fei Qianqian, the undergraduate counselor of the School of Law, the School of Law held the second phase of the series of activities of the construction of the academic style - systematic Learning Methods (Administrative Law), which was presented by Liu Shuyu, a 2021 undergraduate student.

Competition: Excellent debater of the 4th Jinling Cup East China Universities Moot Court Competition.

Appointment: Disciplinary Committee Member of 250212 Youth League Branch, and the person in charge of the column of academic style construction in Qihang Lecture Hall.

At the beginning of the sharing session, Liu Shuyu started from the analysis of basic concepts, emphasizing that mastering the basic knowledge of administrative law not only requires knowledge, but also the understanding of the interrelationships or intrinsic connections between various knowledge points. The knowledge of administrative law seems to be scattered and trivial, but in fact the theoretical system is clear and compact, with internal rules.

Then, Liu Shuyu to administrative action as the core of the explanation, interspersed with administrative law and administrative litigation knowledge, emphasizing that administrative law and administrative litigation is closely integrated with each other, echoing each other, suggesting that students consciously look back and forth between the administrative law and administrative litigation, and learn to learn to learn by analogy, learn by example.

Finally, Liu Shuyu encouraged students to take the structure of administrative law as a clue to form a chain of knowledge, and deepen their understanding of their intrinsic theoretical relevance to build up their own knowledge structure map of administrative law. She also suggested that they should read more norms and judgments to improve their ability to analyze norms, test theories in vivid case analysis, understand theories, and cultivate legal thinking.

In the interactive question session, a number of students actively spoke, put forward their own learning confusion, for example, how to analyze the facts of the case into the relevant norms; how to retrieve and find the legal literature; in this regard, Liu Shujiu put forward valuable suggestions, such as more contact, read the actual jurisprudence, to narrow the distance between the theory and practice; extensive retrieval, scientific selection and combing, comparative study; extensive hunting The whole sharing session was very informative and focused on the topic.

The whole sharing session was rich in content and focus, and the students were attentive and interactive. Students not only had a better understanding of the learning framework and general content of administrative law, but also had a deep understanding of the importance of system construction and case study. At the end of the lecture, students expressed that they had benefited a lot and were looking forward to the subsequent lectures.

I asked my sister about how to deepen the understanding and application of knowledge, and she answered me patiently, suggesting that I can try to find examples around me to analyze and apply the theories I learned from classrooms and books, and to participate in more social practice and research, so as to narrow the distance between theory and practice. At the end of the sharing session, I raised the confusion of the knowledge I learned in the classroom is just like talking on paper, and I can't cope with the intricate and complicated practical problems, and Ms. Liu Shuyu answered my question enthusiastically, encouraging me to improve my knowledge of finding problems, analyzing problems, and solving problems by constructing the knowledge system of administrative law and understanding the structure, relationship, function, and significance of the knowledge system.
