In order to deepen the study and implementation of Xi Jinping's rule of law ideology, and further enhance the legal awareness and literacy of prosecutors in Hunan Province, according to the arrangement of the Law Master Enters Prosecution activity of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, on September 27th, Professor Liu Qichuan, Secretary of the Party Committee of our hospital, was invited by the Hunan Provincial People's Procuratorate to give a special lecture on Xi Jinping's rule of law ideology. The main classroom of the lecture was held at the Hunan Provincial Procuratorate, and the sub classrooms were held at procuratorates in various cities, prefectures, counties, districts, and districts, with the participation of prosecutors from the. This lecture was chaired by Huang Dao'an, a member of the Party Group of Hunan Provincial Procuratorate and the head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision stationed in the Provincial Procuratorate.

At the beginning of the meeting, Huang Dao'an put forward three requirements for the Hunan Provincial Procuratorate to further study and implement Xi Jinping's rule of law ideology: first, to adhere to deep learning and detailed understanding; second, to achieve the unity of knowledge and action; third, to combine articles well, and encourage the attendees to firmly believe in and faithfully practice Xi Jinping's rule of law ideology.

Professor Liu Qichuan profoundly expounded the founding context of Xi Jinping's rule of law ideology from the three stages of its inception, development, and establishment. He elaborated on the logical system of Xi Jinping's rule of law ideology from the political direction, important position, work layout, key tasks, and important guarantees of comprehensive rule of law governance. He also elaborated on the core essence of Xi Jinping's rule of law ideology from the Eleven Adherences, and summarized and analyzed its significance in guiding and promoting prosecutorial work.

In this lecture, Professor Liu Qichuan gave a comprehensive explanation of Xi Jinping's rule of law ideology, which not only outlined the main points, but also stimulated the essence, demonstrating the academic strength and research level of our institute in the study of Xi Jinping's rule of law ideology, and enhancing the influence of our institute.
