Associate Professor Miao Zeyi talked about the rich and ever-changing objects of digital jurisprudence research, so the choice of research direction is the key to do a good job of digital jurisprudence research, which should be based on solid jurisprudence, research and technology integration, and at the same time in order to ensure the effectiveness of the research, interdisciplinary exchanges should be strengthened, and can not be taken to anti-technology methods to make the research fall into the ‘sci-fi law’, ‘science fiction law’, ‘science fiction law’, and so on. The research should not adopt an anti-technology approach to make the research fall into the ‘science fiction jurisprudence’.
