Secretary Liu Qichuan put forward three requirements in his deployment speech regarding the in-depth implementation of the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation in our hospital's study and education.

One is to enhance political consciousness and deeply understand the significant significance of learning and education. The key task of this year's Party building work is to carry out in-depth implementation of the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation through learning and education throughout the Party. General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to it, personally plans and determines the theme of learning and education, delivers important speeches, and gives important instructions, pointing out the direction for carrying out learning and education. We must resolutely implement the decisions and deployments of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, with the political courage to turn inward and the strategic determination to work for a long time, comprehensively promote learning, inspection, and reform, and push the construction of work style to a deeper level.

The second is to focus on the theme, integrate into daily life, and comprehensively implement the various work requirements of learning and education. Grasp the main line of "learning, inspection and reform", strengthen the foundation with learning, adhere to the demonstration of leading cadres in learning, promote the normalization of education for grassroots party members, and deepen theoretical learning; To promote improvement through investigation, we will increase targeted investigation in key areas, dig deep into the root causes of problems from multiple perspectives, carry out warning education on typical cases, and adhere to promoting improvement through cases; To improve efficiency and establish a new culture, establish a negative list and rectification ledger, carry out special rectification of stubborn and chronic diseases, and promote the normalization and long-term development of work style construction; Ensure the quality of learning, the intensity of investigation, and the effectiveness of improvement.

Thirdly, we need to strengthen overall planning and meticulous implementation to ensure that learning and education go deep and practical. Consolidate responsibilities layer by layer, strengthen guidance and supervision, and promote schools to deeply implement the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation in learning and education with high standards and high quality; We should combine the development of learning and education with the implementation of major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee, with the deepening of the construction of Party conduct and clean governance and the fight against corruption, with the completion of the 14th Five Year Plan and the planning of the 15th Five Year Plan, and solidly promote the spiritual implementation of the Central Eight point Regulation.
